Affiliate Policy

Welcome to the T5 affiliate program. By joining our program, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

Objectives

Our goal is to establish a transparent and mutually beneficial collaboration.

Participation requirements

  • It is not mandatory, but preferably, affiliates must have an active website, blog, social media channel or other relevant and reputable digital platform
  • Affiliate platform content must be appropriate and may not include illegal, obscene, defamatory, violent, discriminatory material or that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for membership, as well as to revoke participation at any time for any reason at our sole discretion, or if these terms are not complied with

Affiliate links and tracking

  • The affiliate will receive a unique link or code to promote our products, it is your responsibility to use these links correctly to ensure that sales are tracked and attributed properly
  • We will use cookies to track the sales generated through that link, the duration of the cookie is 30 days, sales made after this period will not count for the commission

Commissions and payments

  • Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on the total value of eligible sales (excluding taxes, shipping/asociated costs and returns) generated through their unique link
  • Commissions will only be paid for valid and completed sales, purchases made by the affiliate himself or linked accounts will not be considered valid, nor those generated through fraudulent methods
  • Commissions will be subject to a retention period of 30 days to accommodate possible product returns by customers, if a product is returned, the corresponding commission will be deducted
  • Payments will be issued only when the affiliate reaches a minimum balance of $1,000 MXN in accumulated commissions
  • Payments will be made monthly via PayPal or bank transfer

Affiliate Responsabilities

  • The affiliate must clearly disclose that he is using affiliate links and that he can receive compensation for purchases made through them, complying with applicable advertising laws
  • The affiliate may use the marketing materials provided by T5 (banners, images, product descriptions)
  • It is forbidden to modify these materials without prior permission
  • The use of paid advertising (PPC, social media ads) that uses the trademark of T5 or similar variations to direct traffic is prohibited
  • The affiliate is responsible for ensuring that their marketing activities comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations, including data privacy laws
  • The mass sending of spam or misleading posts on social networks is strictly prohibited

Modifications and termination of the Program

  • We reserve the right to modify this policy, commission rates or any aspect of the program at any time, upon notification to affiliates
  • Either party may end participation in the program at any time, with or without cause
  • After termination, the affiliate must remove all T5 links and promotional materials from its platform
