¿Does T5 offer replacements or refunds?

In order to support healthier buying habits, T5 does not offer a replacement for an item unless there is a manufacturing error o visible damage. T5 does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

What should I do in case I receive a defective or damaged item?

If the item you have received shows a manufacturing error or a visible damage, please read the Refund Policy, and follow the required steps.

How can I know if a garment will look good on me?

You can use AI tools like: Google Shopping or Doppl.

How can I make sure a garment fits my body type?

It is not possible for a garment to fit all body types, but if you want to get as close as possible, follow the next steps:

  1. Pick a garment you own that is in the same category (a t-shirt for example) of that one you want to buy that fits you the way you like and measure its width and length
  2. Check the garment’s measures in the product description and pick the size that gets closer to your garment’s
  3. For better results, pick a garment one or two sizes bigger than yours and take it to a tailor to be adjusted to your liking

Does T5 sell products other than T-Shirts?

Not at the moment.

What are the countries and cities where T5 sells its products?

As of now, T5 only sells its products in Mérida, Yucatan, México.

How long does it take for an order to arrive after being placed?

1-3 business days.
