Refund policy
In order to promote healthy buying habits, once an item has arrived to its destination in the right conditions, it can’t be replaced or refunded unless there is a visible manufacturing defect or damage. In such case, the item could be replaced, but it’s worth noting that T5 doesn’t offer refunds.
Note: there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
What should I do in case I receive a defective/damaged item?
If the item you have received shows any visible manufacturing defect or damage, please go trough the following steps:
- Inspect the item carefully and identify the issue
- Keep the item unused
- Take a clear/well lit/well framed picture of the issue
- Reach out to us immediately trough our website’s Contact page describing the issue, and including the item’s photograph, the order number and the purchase receipt
To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be in the same conditions that you received it, unworn, unused and in its original packaging.
You have 15 days to notify us of the issue. Past that time, we cannot provide a replacement in regards to the item.
Once we have been notified of the issue, we’ll evaluate the situation and determine if the item is eligible for a replacement or not. In case it is, we’ll reach out to you trough eMail in order to further assist you.
