Shipping options
T5 only offers the following options:
- Standard Shipping: home delivery from Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Pickup at collection point: delivery from Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at 6E street, no. 268 x 17B, Jardines de Vista Alegre
Shipping areas
At the moment, T5 only delivers in the city of Merida, Yucatan, Mexico.
Methods of transport
All orders are delivered through Uber Shipping.
Delivery times
An order takes an average of 1-3 days to be delivered depending on the shipping option chosen, the location of the destination, external factors (such as the weather) or unforeseen situations.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the chosen shipping option, as well as the location of the destination:
- Standard: free delivery
- Pickup at collection point: free
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number of your package.
Delivery conditions
- It is imperative that there is someone at the registered address to receive the order, otherwise the package will return to the collection point, where you can pick it up directly (there will be no second shipment)
- It is necessary to sign receipt at the time of receiving the package, in this way we make sure that it has been delivered only to you and no one else
Errors, damage and lost packages
If your order does not arrive within the stipulated period, arrives damaged or with a visible manufacturing problem, please consult our Replacement Policy.
