Does T5 offer replacements/refunds?

In order to support smarter/more efficient/eco friendly production methods, T5 only manufactures a product after an order has been placed, so in order to promote conscious/healthier buying habits, once an item has arrived to its destination safely and in the right conditions, it can’t be replaced/refunded unless there is a visible manufacturing defect or damage.

Note: for DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

What should I do in case I receive a defective/damaged item?

If the item you have received shows any visible manufacturing defect or damage, please go trough the following steps:

  1. Inspect the item carefully and identify the issue
  2. Keep the item unused

To be eligible for a replacement/refund, the item must be in the same conditions that you received it, unworn, unused and in its original packaging. 

  1. Take a clear/well lit/well framed picture of the issue 
  2. Reach out to us immediately trough our website’s Contact page stating that you have an issue with the item

You have 15 days to notify us of the issue. Past that time frame, we cannot provide a replacement/refund in regards to the item. 

Once we have been notified of the issue, we’ll reach out to you trough eMail in order to further assist you.

  1.  As soon as we contact you, please reply to our eMail describing the issue as clearly as possible, specifying if you want a replacement or a refund, and include the item’s photograph, the order number and the purchase receipt 

Once we have a clear understanding of the issue, we’ll evaluate the situation and determine if the item is eligible for a replacement/refund or not.

In case your request is accepted, we’ll notify you trough eMail providing specific instructions on what to do next.

You should receive a replacement/refund within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed and you request hasn’t been satisfied, please reach out to us from our website’s Contact page, and we’ll help you till the process is completed.

How can I know if a t-shirt design and color will look good on me?

The best way to know is to try it on, but taking a screenshot, cutting the item as precise as possible and placing it over a recent well lit photograph of yourself might help.

How can I make sure a particular clothing item will fit me the right way?

It is not possible for a clothing item to fit every single body type, but there are things you can do to get as close as possible to the right fit:

  1. Measure one item of the same type (a t-shirt for example) that fits you nicely in the right spots
  2. Check the measurements in the item’s description provided in the product page, and pick the size that gets closer to yours
  3. If you want to get the best possible results, pick a size one or two steps above the one you think will fit the best and take your item to a tailor to fit your body type the way you like it

Does T5 sell products other than clothing and accessories?

Yes, T5 also sells other products such as: beach towels, water bottles, acrylic prints and shower curtains.

Does T5 ships outside the U.S.?

Not for now, but soon.

How long does it take to ship an order?

The production time of an order depends on various factors including: time of the year, product availability, order size, etc. In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted.
